Important Info for NRPP Certified Professionals!

NRPP Email Communication Requirements

Please take a moment to make sure the contact information in your certification account is current and includes your personal email address.

This is important for two reasons:

1. If both email addresses in your certification account are your work email address and if you leave your job or change employers, NRPP will not have a way to contact you or send you updates and notices about your certification and you may miss important information.

2. Your certification belongs to you and not your employer. If you leave your job or start working for another company you are still certified, even if it was paid for by your employer. If we only have your work email address on file and you leave that employer, we have no way to contact you.

You don’t want to lose access to your NRPP certification account. Your certification account holds an electronic copy of your certificate, your digital badge, and your identification card which are helpful when seeking a new position.

To check your contact information, log into your NRPP account and make sure a personal email is entered in the PRIVATE EMAIL field.

Unsubscribing From NRPP Emails

We understand that in today’s world, we all get a lot of unwanted emails in our inbox! However, as a friendly reminder, if you unsubscribe to NRPP emails, then certification renewal or NRPP updates will no longer be sent which may cause you to miss important information.
Please make sure that you have a current updated email address listed in your certification portal, and that you are able to receive all communications from NRPP.
