Synopsis: When uncertainty rises, communications can either build trust or create confusion. This practical 4-hour course teaches participants how to communicate clearly, credibly, and compassionately during risk or crisis situations. Attendees will practice message mapping, stakeholder engagement, media response, and misinformation correction using realistic scenarios. By the end, participants will leave with tools for shaping public messages, answering difficult questions, and assisting audiences in knowing what to do next.
